Refund & Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If it has passed 30 days unfortunately we cannot accept the return or exchange.

You will also need to show proof of purchase with a receipt or some sort of confirmation of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. YOU are our main priority.

Return item in the same packaging you received it including any tags or promo cards.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on gift cards or sale items of 25% or more.

We do not offer to pay for return labels but we will pay for the shipping back to you. Let us know why you are returning the item so we can help you out to the best of our ability. Also provide whether you are exchanging for another size, color, store credit, etc.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be issued to you in the form of store credit.
